Child’s Play wines are made to be enjoyed upon release— straight forward, fruit focused and delicious, yet can be aged for a few years if you prefer (1-3 years from vintage date for our Chardonnay). Whether it’s a bowl of pasta or popcorn, Child’s Play is always a great choice. Serve chilled at 50-55F or after 30 minutes in the fridge.
TASTING NOTES: Uplifting aromas of lime, pineapple and apple blossom. The palate is soft, with bright citrus notes giving way to ripe peaches and pears. Lovely persistent finish that dances lightly around the mouth.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Linguini with white clam sauce, fish tacos, falafel and hummus.
