An innovative sparkling wine made from Solaris, a fungus-resistant hybrid grape variety. This wine is made without added sulfites and is bottled unfiltered, reflecting their experimental and natural approach.

TASTING NOTES: Sparkling white wine with a straw yellow color. Slightly aromatic bouquet, floral with essences of elderflower, mountain flowers, and fruity: Golden apple, pear, apricot, peach, fresh tropical notes. In the mouth it is juicy, fragrant, fresh. The aromas perceived on the nose dance in the mouth.
