Sourced from some of Ostatu's oldest and highest elevation vineyards, this light and refreshing wine is a modern variation of a classic rosé from Rioja. Vinification Fermented in stainless steel and bottled without any further aging.

TASTING NOTES: The Ostatu Rosado is a blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha, with some Viura to make it sharper and paler, this salmon-colored wine is a refreshing Rosado. Focused and mineral driven with notes of ruby grapefuit pith and tart red berries this rosado will only get better after a few sips.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: Given its Spanish origins, paella or other dishes incorporating fresh shellfish would be great choices.
