TASTING NOTES: Clear, medium gold. Clean, medium plus intensity aroma of grapefruit, lemon, mango, papaya, oak, smoke. Dry, medium plus acidity, full body and medium plus finish. Palate confirms the nose and adds pineapple. Excellent quality.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: This style of Sauvignon Blanc is a good wine match with Japanese dishes such as sushi and sashimi, seafood-based steamed and fried dim sum and smoked salmon, particularly if the smoke is delicate.
