Castell d’Or is the legacy of the first cooperatives founded at the end of the 19th and turn of the 20th century. Today, we are a total of 16 cooperatives, representing more than 2,200 families who work the land with love and respect for nature.

TASTING NOTES: Fine, persistent bubbles. Bright appearance. Accentuated aroma of fresh grapes, with signs of ripe fruit and of citric fruits, very pleasant and characteristic of aging in the bottle. In the mouth it is extremely vivacious, compensated for by a pleasant equilibrium and elegance. Aftertaste is fruity, evoking the apple, pear and a hint of citric. Balanced, fruity and persistent.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Perfect with appetizers, grilled prawns, seafood, white meats.
