Sourced from a vineyard planted at 900 feet in elevation this chardonnay is from 30 year-old vines. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in stainless steel for 9 months on the lees before bottling.
TASTING NOTES: Aromatics of pear blossoms and orchard fruit give way to brioche, crisp apple and poached pear, finishing with lemon curd and a hint of mineral character.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Steamed mussels, rich fish, pork, and poultry dishes.
