TASTING NOTES: It has a straw yellow color with greenish tones. Clean and bright. Intense flowers aromas such as linden, acacia and almond. Fruits like pear and melon. The palate is very fresh, with a good acidity marked, soft, and delicate, with a long and very persistent finish.

 

FOOD PAIRINGS: White Rioja is a great wine to pair with Spanish food - especially tapas. It is also the perfect match for shellfish, grilled fish or fresh salads. Aged White Rioja goes well with fish stew, lobster and paella.
