Seven generations of the Bolet family have cultivated vineyards across Penedès, but did not bottle their own wines until the 1980s. Today, their vineyards are farmed organically and their wines are made with minimal intervention.
TASTING NOTES: Fruity but not too sweet, balanced acidity, and very kind bubbles. Lots of green apple and citrus, some slight notes of brioche as well. Easy and enjoyable drinking wine!
FOOD PAIRINGS: Refreshing and crisp with a round, elegant finish, it makes a great pairing for tapas, citrus dishes, or charcuterie.
