A rare and captivating sparkling “blanc de noirs” made entirely from Etna’s signature red grape, Nerello Mascalese. Crafted by fourth-generation winemaker Rosario Madaudo and his family, this elegant Sicilian sparkler captures both the volcanic minerality of Mt. Etna and the lively Mediterranean spirit of Messina. Fermented and aged six months in stainless steel before three months in bottle, it’s crisp, expressive, and full of charm.
TASTING NOTES: Pale straw in color with subtle aromas of lemon blossom and pith. The palate is bold yet refreshing, showing bright acidity and focused flavors of lemon curd and citrus zest. Clean, balanced, and joyfully drinkable with a long, mineral finish.
