Filipa Pato & William Wouters, a dynamic duo from the famed Pato family of Bairrada, craft this Dinamica Branco from old-vine Bical and Arinto planted on calcareous clay hillsides influenced by Atlantic breezes. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed and fermented (10% in large oak pipas, 90% in stainless tanks) before aging on lees for 5–9 months, producing a wine that expresses both terroir and purity.

 

TASTING NOTES: Bright and linear, it offers fresh citrus—lemon, grapefruit, pear—as well as white flower aromas, thyme, and almond. A creamy yet mineral-driven texture emerges with wet stone, saline notes, apple, lime peel, and chalky stoniness. The palate is generous, balanced, and finishes crisp and long.
