Montalbera is comprised of 115 hectares of properties arranged in a circular shape in a single body in an entirely hilly position between vineyards, hazelnut trees and woods. 60 % of Ruchè is produced in their vineyards, making Montalbera the largest private producers of Ruchè.
TASTING NOTES: A medium-intensity ruby red wine with highlights that tend toward orange with age. On the nose, it is intense and fruity, with scents of red fruits and apricot. The palate is delicate, smooth, and full bodied, with scents of berry jams.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Bolognese, fatty pork, eggplant parmesan.
