Golden Cluster's 'Ode to Chuck' Old Vine Sémillon 2021 is a tribute to the versatility of the Sémillon grape, sourced from historic old vines in the Willamette Valley. This reserve wine is only produced in exceptional vintages, with 2021 marking its second release. ​
 
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of Golden Delicious apples, pear, and ginger, with hints of talc and honeycomb. On the palate, brisk acidity accompanies intense flavors of cardamom, lemon sorbet, and genmaicha (popcorn tea). 
 
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pairs well with white fish, Seafood Louie, pork chops, and chicken.
