“Diel de Diel” is made in the spirit of a field blend, and draws from the estate’s range of single vineyards. It is a blend of estate fruit—Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, with a small amount of dry Riesling for freshness. It's fermented in stainless steel and aged in large used barrel, with extended lees contact, imparting a round texture.
TASTING NOTES: The wine shows notes of white stone fruit, ginger, and almond. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a rocky minerality.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Pork, poultry, appetizers, and soft to medium cheeses.
