From Tuscany, Alessandro is known as the saint of Vernaccia as he rehabs small abandoned vineyards around the town of towers. Grapes were sourced from 40 - 70yr old vines. Fermented in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES:  This wine is citrusy and crisp with notes of almond, lemon, and saline.  Hints of stone fruit on nose, with an astringent minerality and mouthwatering acidity.

FOOD PAIRINGS:  Fish, shellfish, and perfect with white meat dishes, rice, and mushroom dishes.
