Le Paradou, a project by Alexandre and Frédéric Chaudière of Château Pesquié, produces this Viognier from vines rooted in rocky hillsides of porous limestone soils originating from the Jurassic period. The vineyards are cultivated following Terra Vitis principles, emphasizing sustainable farming practices.
TASTING NOTES: Golden color with silvery glints, clear and bright. The nose offers aromas of white flowers and white fruits like peach. On the palate, it is very fresh and balanced, with citrus aromas and a great minerality.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif; pairs well with light appetizers, seafood dishes, and fresh salads.
