Obsidian Wine Co.'s 2019 Poseidon Vineyard Chardonnay is sourced from their estate vineyard in the Carneros region, planted in 1973 by the Molnar family. The maritime environment of Carneros, with its cool, foggy mornings and warm days, provides ideal conditions for nurturing Chardonnay grapes. ​

 

TASTING NOTES: Vibrant aromas of lemon, lemon curd, Granny Smith apple, graham crackers, and vanilla bean. The palate reflects these flavors with a touch of lanolin and tangerine, balanced by finely grained acidity. ​
